Sec. 185. Categorization and tracking of F–35 aircraft parts

Not later the 180 days after the date of the enactment of this Act, the Secretary of Defense shall— determine whether F–35 aircraft parts are to be categorized as Government-furnished property; and develop a system for continuously tracking such parts, regardless of the determination made under paragraph (1).
