Section 3211(b) of the National Nuclear Security Administration Act ( 50 U.S.C. 2401(b) ) is amended by adding at the end the following new paragraph: To lead the technical nuclear forensics efforts of the United States. . The amendment made by this section may not be construed to alter the functions vested in any department or agency of the Federal Government by statute other than the National Nuclear Security Administration pursuant to such amendment.
