Sec. 1864. Sense of Congress on cooperation over space exploration

It is the sense of Congress that— United States-Israel space cooperation and collaboration is in the best interest of the United States and can expand economic, national security, and social benefits for the American people; and joint United States-Israel cooperation in the space arena should be supported in areas of research, development, test, and evaluation, including— between the National Aeronautics and Space Administration and the Israel Space Agency; and between the United States Air Force, United States Space Force, and the Israeli air force.
