Sec. 5. Western Monarch Butterfly Rescue Fund

There is established in the Treasury of the United States a fund, to be known as the Western Monarch Butterfly Rescue Fund . Of the amounts available in the Fund for each fiscal year, the Secretary may expend not more than 3 percent to pay the administrative expenses necessary to carry out this Act. There is authorized to be appropriated to the Fund $12,500,000 for each of fiscal years 2022 through 2026.
