Sec. 12. Crosscut report on Arctic research programs

Not later than 180 days after the date of the enactment of this Act, and annually thereafter, the Director of the Office of Management and Budget shall submit a detailed report to Congress regarding all existing Federal programs relating to Arctic research, including— the goals of each such program; the funding levels for each such program for each of the 5 immediately preceding fiscal years; the anticipated funding levels for each such program for each of the 5 following fiscal years; and the total funding appropriated for the current fiscal year for such programs.
Not later than 3 days after submitting the report to Congress pursuant to subsection (a), the Director of the Office of Management and Budget shall submit a copy of the report to the National Science Foundation, the United States Arctic Research Commission, and the Office of Science and Technology Policy.
