Nothing in this Act may be construed— to preempt, modify, limit, or supersede any State law or regulation relating to attorneys or sports agents or other athlete representatives who are not college athlete agents; or to modify or limit the enforcement authority of the Occupational Safety and Health Administration, the Department of Labor, the Department of Education, or any other Federal agency.
