In addition to any other amounts otherwise available to the Alcohol, Tobacco, and Cannabis Tax and Trade Bureau, there is appropriated, out of any funds in the Treasury not otherwise appropriated, $100,000,000 for each of the fiscal years 2023 through 2027 to carry out— sections 102 and 112 of this Act, chapter 56 of the Internal Revenue Code of 1986 (as added by section 401 of this Act), title III of the Federal Alcohol Administration Act (as added by section 511 of this Act), and section 1111 of the Homeland Security Act of 2002 ( 6 U.S.C. 531 ).
