Sections 744A and 744B of the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act ( 21 U.S.C. 379j–41 ; 379j–42) shall cease to be effective October 1, 2027. Section 744C of the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act ( 21 U.S.C. 379j–43 ) shall cease to be effective January 31, 2028. Effective October 1, 2022, subsections

(a)and

(b)of section 305 of the FDA Reauthorization Act of 2017 ( Public Law 115–52 ) are repealed.
