Section 744C of the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act ( 21 U.S.C. 379j–43 ) is amended— in subsection (a)— by striking 2018 each place it appears and inserting 2023 ; and by striking Generic Drug User Fee Amendments of 2017 each place it appears and inserting ; Generic Drug User Fee Amendments of 2022 in subsection (b), by striking 2018 and inserting 2023 ; in subsection (c)— by striking 2018 and inserting 2023 ; and by striking Generic Drug User Fee Amendments of 2017 each place it appears and inserting ; and Generic Drug User Fee Amendments of 2022 in subsection (f)— in paragraph (1), by striking 2022 and inserting 2027 ; and in paragraph (5), by striking January 15, 2022 and inserting January 15, 2027 .
