Section 7452(g) of title 38, United States Code, is amended— in paragraph (1), in the matter preceding subparagraph (A), by inserting authorize the Under Secretary for Health to before pay special pay ; and by adding at the end the following new paragraph: The Under Secretary for Health shall define through regulations which positions of the Veterans Health Administration qualify as nurse executives for purposes of special pay under paragraph (1). .
