Not later than 90 days after the date of the enactment of this Act, and every 180 days thereafter for the following 5 years, the Secretary of State shall submit to Congress a description of the strategy being used by the Department of State to respond to the Government of the People's Republic of China’s increased economic coercion against countries who have strengthened their ties with, or support for, Taiwan. The Secretary of State shall provide assistance to Lithuania to support its supply chain resilience efforts.
