Upon making an affirmative determination under section 321 and not later than 30 days following such a determination, if the territory of the Republic of Belarus was used as a point of origin for Russian aggression covered by the determination, the President shall impose the sanctions described in section 351 with respect to— not fewer than 15 senior officials of the Armed Forces of the Republic of Belarus; not fewer than 15 senior officials who are members of the current leadership of the Republic of Belarus; and not fewer than 2 of the following financial institutions: Belarusbank. BPS-Sberbank. Belinvestbank. The Development Bank of Belarus. Alfa Bank Belarus. BSB Bank.
