Section 1044e(a)(2) of title 10, United States Code, is amended by adding at the end the following new subparagraph: A civilian who is a victim of an alleged sex-related offense, if the alleged perpetrator was subject to the jurisdiction of the Uniform Code of Military Justice at the time of the offense. .
