(Mac)Thornberry National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2021 ( Public Law 116–283 ) is amended— by striking None and inserting the following: None ; and by adding at the end the following new paragraph: None of the funds authorized to be appropriated by this Act for fiscal year 2022 for the Air Force may be obligated to reduce the number of KC–135 aircraft of the Air National Guard designated as primary mission aircraft inventory. .
