Sec. 343. Report on the assessment of all-source cyber intelligence information, with an emphasis on supply chain risks

Not later than 180 days after the date of the enactment of this Act, the Director of National Intelligence shall submit to the congressional intelligence committees a report on the potential to strengthen all-source intelligence integration relating to foreign cyber threats, with an emphasis on cyber supply chain risks. The report required under subsection
(a)shall include the following: An assessment of the effectiveness of the all-source cyber intelligence integration capabilities of the Office of the Director of National Intelligence and recommendations for such changes as the Director considers necessary to strengthen those capabilities. An assessment of the effectiveness of the Office of the Director of National Intelligence in analyzing and reporting on cyber supply chain risks, including efforts undertaken by the National Counterintelligence and Security Center. Mitigation plans for any gaps or deficiencies identified in the assessments included under paragraphs
(1)and (2).
