Sec. 334. Assessment of intelligence community’s intelligence-sharing relationships with Latin American partners in counternarcotics

Not later than 120 days after the date of the enactment of this Act, the Director of National Intelligence shall, in consultation with such other Federal Government entities as the Director considers appropriate, submit to the congressional intelligence committees an assessment on the intelligence-sharing relationships of the intelligence community with foreign partners in Latin America on counternarcotics matters. The assessment required by subsection
(a)shall be submitted in unclassified form, but may include a classified annex.
