Section 401(f)(2) of the Surface Mining Control and Reclamation Act of 1977 ( 30 U.S.C. 1231(f)(2) ) is amended— in subparagraph (A)— in the subparagraph heading, by striking and inserting 2022 ; and 2035 in the matter preceding clause (i), by striking 2022 and inserting 2035 ; and in subparagraph (B)— in the subparagraph heading, by striking and inserting 2023 ; 2036 by striking 2023 and inserting 2036 ; and by striking 2022 and inserting 2035 .
