There are authorized to be appropriated to the Secretary to carry out the activities under section 1007(d) of Division Z of the Consolidated Appropriations Act of 2021, section 426 of the Energy Independence and Security Act of 2007 ( 42 U.S.C. 17086 ), and the amendments made by this Act— $392,000,000 for fiscal year 2023; $411,600,000 for fiscal year 2024; $432,180,000 for fiscal year 2025; $453,789,000 for fiscal year 2026; and $476,478,450 for fiscal year 2027.
