Section 17(i)(3)(A)(ii) of the Child Nutrition Act of 1966 ( 7 U.S.C. 1431(i)(3)(A)(ii) ) is amended— in subclause (I)— by striking 3 percent and inserting 10 percent ; and by inserting for nutrition services and administration before under this section ; and in subclause (II)— by striking for nutrition services and administration and inserting to carry out this section ; by striking not more than and inserting 1/2 of 1 percent not more than 3 percent ; and by striking the development of a management information system, including an electronic benefit transfer system and inserting purposes related to food delivery, including breastfeeding services and supplies, electronic benefit transfer systems, and other technologies .
