Section 17(e)(3) of the Child Nutrition Act of 1966 ( 7 U.S.C. 1431(e)(3) ) is amended by adding at the end the following: The nutrition education materials issued under subparagraph
(A)shall include nutrition education materials with respect to— individuals with food allergies during pregnancy and in the postpartum period; infants impacted by prenatal food allergy exposure; introducing potential food allergens to infants; and children with food allergies. .
