Section 17(d)(3) of the Child Nutrition Act of 1966 ( 42 U.S.C. 1786(d)(3) ) is amended by adding at the end the following: A State agency shall accept a single document that provides some or all of the information required under this paragraph unless the State agency determines there is a sufficient reason to doubt the authenticity of such document. A State agency shall accept documentation under this paragraph in electronic form or provided electronically unless the State agency determines there is a sufficient reason to doubt the authenticity of such electronically provided document. .
