Not later than six months after the date of the enactment of this Act, the Secretary of Defense shall prescribe regulations under section 352 of title 37, United States Code, for the payment of special monthly pay (to be known as complex overhaul pay ) to a member of the Armed Forces assigned to a naval vessel undergoing nuclear refueling or defueling and any concurrent complex overhaul. Complex overhaul pay shall equal $200 per month. Complex overhaul pay is in addition to any other pay or allowance to which a member is entitled.
