Not later than January 1, 2024, the Comptroller General shall submit, to the Committee on Armed Services and the Committee on Oversight and Reform of the House of Representatives, a report on the implementation of the Federal Employee Paid Leave Act (subtitle A of title LXXVI of division F of Public Law 116–92 ), the Paid Parental Leave Technical Corrections Act of 2020 (section 1103 of Public Law 116–283 , and the amendments made by such Acts. The report under subsection
(a)shall review, assess, and provide recommendations, as appropriate, on the following: Any data collected or used by the Office of Personnel Management on the use of paid parental leave provided by such Acts and the amendments made by such Acts. Office of Personnel Management and Federal agencies’ efforts to make employees aware of paid parental leave under such Acts and the amendments made by such Acts, address any obstacles to the use of paid parental leave, and monitor the impact of such Acts and the amendments made by such Acts on hiring, recruitment, and retention of employees.
