Section 134(d) of the National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2017 ( Public Law 114–328 ; 130 Stat. 2038) is amended by striking 171 and inserting 153 . Section 142(b)(2) of the National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2016 ( Public Law 114–92 ; 129 Stat. 755 ) is amended by striking 171 and inserting 153 . Section 135(a) of the National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2017 ( Public Law 114–328 ; 130 Stat. 2039) is amended by striking the report required under section 134(e)(2) and inserting a report that includes the information described in section 134(e)(2)(C) .
