Section 1319(c) of the WIIN Act (130 Stat. 1704) is amended by striking paragraph
(2)and inserting the following: The costs of construction of a Project feature constructed pursuant to paragraph
(1)shall be determined in accordance with section 101(a)(1)(B) of the Water Resources Development Act of 1986 ( 33 U.S.C. 2211(a)(1)(B) ). Any increase in costs for the Project due to the construction of a Project feature described in subparagraph
(A)shall not be included in the total project cost for purposes of section 902 of the Water Resources Development Act of 1986 ( 33 U.S.C. 2280 ). .
