Section 510(a)(2) of the Water Resources Development Act of 1996 (110 Stat. 3759; 128 Stat. 1317) is amended— in subparagraph (B), by inserting and streambanks after shorelines ; in subparagraph (E), by striking and at the end; by redesignating subparagraph
(F)as subparagraph (H); and by inserting after subparagraph
(E)the following: wastewater treatment and related facilities; stormwater and drainage systems; and .
