Section 115a of title 10, United States Code, is amended by adding at the end the following new subsection: Not later than April 1 each year, the Secretary shall submit to Congress a report that sets forth the following with respect to personnel: The number of members of the Armed Forces who are not citizens of the United States during the year covered by such report. The immigration status of such members. The number of such members naturalized. .
