Section 2(d)(2) of the West Los Angeles Leasing Act of 2016 ( Public Law 114–226 ) is amended— in subparagraph (A), by striking ; and and inserting a semicolon; by redesignating subparagraph
(B)as subparagraph (C); and by inserting after subparagraph
(A)the following new subparagraph: to the extent specified in advance in an appropriations Act for a fiscal year, any funds received as compensation for an easement described in subsection (e); and .
