Section 1120(b)(2) of title 38, United States Code, is amended— by striking subparagraph (G); and by redesignating subparagraphs
(H)through
(K)as subparagraphs
(G)through (J), respectively. Section 703(c)(5)(C) of the Honoring our PACT Act of 2022 ( Public Law 117–168 ; 136 Stat. 1797) is amended to read as follows: by striking or a major medical facility lease (as defined in subsection (a)(3)(B)) ; . Section 8103(h)(1) of title 38, United States Code, is amended by striking section 2304 of title 10 and inserting section 3301 of title 41 . The amendments made by this section shall take effect as if included in the enactment of the Honoring our PACT Act of 2022 ( Public Law 117–168 ).
