In the report required under section 222a of title 10, United States Code, for fiscal year 2024, the officer specified under subsection (b)(7) of such section shall include as part of the National Guard unfunded priorities described in subsection (c)(3) of such section unfunded priorities that relate to non-Federal National Guard responsibilities in connection with natural and man-made disasters. Section 222a(c)(3) of title 10, United States Code, is amended by striking subsection (b)(6) both places it appears and inserting subsection (b)(7) .
