Subsection
(e)of section 573 of the John S. McCain National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2019 ( Public Law 115–232 ; 5 U.S.C. 3330d note) is amended, in the matter preceding paragraph (1), by striking the date that is 5 years after the date of the enactment of this Act and inserting December 31, 2028 . Subsection
(d)of such section is repealed.
