Section 1109(b)(1) of the National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2016 ( Public Law 114–92 ) is amended by striking subparagraph (D). Section 1109(d)(1) of such Act is amended by striking December 31, 2023 and inserting December 31, 2027 .
