Section 202 ( 29 U.S.C. 3271 ) is amended— in the matter preceding paragraph (1), by inserting family before literacy activities ; by amending paragraph
(1)to read as follows: assist adults to become literate and obtain the knowledge and skills (including digital skills) necessary for employment, economic self-sufficiency, and full participation in all aspects of adult life; ; and in paragraph (4)(A)— in clause (i), by striking and at the end; and by inserting after clause
(ii)the following: digital skills; and .
