Section 241 ( 29 U.S.C. 3331 ) is amended by adding at the end the following new section: Funds shall be made available under section 211 for an eligible agency not later than 30 days after the eligible agency has a unified State plan approved under section 102 or a combined State plan approved under section 103 (as the case may be). .
