Section 514B of the Public Health Service Act ( 42 U.S.C. 290bb–10 ) is amended— in subsection (a)(1)— by striking substance abuse and inserting substance use disorder ; by striking tribes and tribal organizations and inserting Tribes and Tribal organizations ; and by striking addiction and inserting substance use disorders ; in subsection (e)(3), by striking tribes and tribal organizations and inserting Tribes and Tribal organizations ; and in subsection (f), by striking 2017 through 2021 and inserting 2023 through 2027 .
