Section 509 of the Public Health Service Act ( 42 U.S.C. 290bb–2 ) is amended— in the section heading, by striking and inserting Abuse ; Use Disorder in subsection (a)— by striking tribes and tribal organizations each place it appears and inserting Tribes and Tribal organizations ; and in paragraph (3), by striking in substance abuse ; in subsection (b), in the subsection heading, by striking and inserting Abuse ; and Use Disorder in subsection (f), by striking $333,806,000 for each of fiscal years 2018 through 2022 and inserting $521,517,000 for each of fiscal years 2023 through 2027 .
