Section 545 of the Public Health Service Act ( 42 U.S.C. 290ee ) is amended— in subsection (c)(2), by striking abuse and inserting use disorder ; and in subsection (h)(1), by striking 2017 through 2019 and inserting 2023 through 2027 .
