Section 544 of the Public Health Service Act ( 42 U.S.C. 290dd–3 ) is amended— in subsection (b)(1), by striking abuse and inserting use disorder ; and in subsection (f), by striking 2017 through 2021 and inserting 2023 through 2027 .
