Sec. 3113. Annual report on provisional denial authority

Not later than 1 year after the date of the enactment of this Act, and annually thereafter, the Secretary of Homeland Security shall submit to the Congress a report detailing the number of applicants that receive— a provisional denial under this division; a final denial under this division without seeking judicial review; a final denial under this division after seeking judicial review; and an approval under this division after seeking judicial review.
