In addition to amounts otherwise available, there is appropriated to the National Institute of Standards and Technology for fiscal year 2022, out of any money in the Treasury not otherwise appropriated— $220,000,000, to remain available until September 30, 2028, to provide funds for advanced manufacturing research, development, and testbeds, through new and existing programs and public private partnerships, and for related administrative expenses; and $20,000,000, to remain available until September 30, 2028, for the development and execution of a cybersecurity workforce training center, and for related administrative expenses.
