In addition to amounts otherwise available, there is appropriated to the National Institute of Standards and Technology for fiscal year 2022, out of any money in the Treasury not otherwise appropriated, $260,000,000, to remain available until September 30, 2028, for the Hollings Manufacturing Extension Partnership of the National Institute of Standards and Technology, established in section 25(b) of the National Institute of Standards and Technology Act ( 15 U.S.C. 278k(b) ), including programs established under section 25A(a) of such Act ( 15 U.S.C. 278k-1(a) ) and section 26(a) of such Act ( 15 U.S.C. 278l(a) ), and for related administrative expenses, except that no funds shall be used for subsections (c)(2), (c)(5), (l), or
(g)of such Act ( 15 U.S.C. 278k ).
