In addition to amounts otherwise available, there is appropriated to the Secretary, acting through the Director of the Office of Science, for fiscal year 2022, out of any money in the Treasury not otherwise appropriated, to remain available through September 30, 2027— $133,240,000 to carry out activities for science laboratory infrastructure projects; $303,656,000 to carry out activities for high energy physics construction and major items of equipment projects; $280,000,000 to carry out activities for fusion energy science construction and major items of equipment projects; $217,000,000 to carry out activities for nuclear physics construction and major items of equipment projects; $163,791,000 to carry out activities for advanced scientific computing research facilities; $294,500,000 to carry out activities for basic energy sciences projects; and $157,813,000 to carry out activities for isotope research and development facilities.
In addition to amounts otherwise available, there is appropriated to the Secretary for fiscal year 2022, out of any money in the Treasury not otherwise appropriated, $150,000,000, to remain available through September 30, 2027, to carry out activities for infrastructure and general plant projects carried out by the Office of Fossil Energy and Carbon Management.
