Sections 1309(a) and 1319 of the National Flood Insurance Act of 1968 ( 42 U.S.C. 4016(a) and 4026) shall be applied by substituting the date specified in section 106(3) of this Act for September 30, 2021 . If this Act is enacted after September 30, 2021, this section shall be applied as if it were in effect on September 30, 2021.
