Section 3014 of title 18, United States Code, is amended— in subsection (a), in the matter preceding paragraph (1), by striking September 30, 2021 and inserting September 30, 2026 ; and in subsection (e)(1), in the matter preceding subparagraph (A), by striking 2023 and inserting 2026 .
