Section 523(a) of title 11, United States Code, is amended— in paragraph (18), by striking ; or at the end and inserting a semicolon; in paragraph (19), by striking debtor. and inserting debtor; or ; and by inserting after such paragraph (19), as so amended, the following: for injury— by the debtor to an individual who is a victim of a violation of chapter 77 of title 18; or by the debtor to an individual who is a victim of a violation of chapter 77 of title 18, wherein the debtor knowingly benefitted, financially or by receiving anything of value from participation in a venture which the debtor knew or should have known has engaged in an act in violation of chapter 77 of title 18. .
