Section 302(b)(5) ( 16 U.S.C. 1852(b)(5) ) is amended— in subparagraph (A), by striking of not less than 3 individuals ; and by adding at the end the following: An individual appointed under subparagraph
(A)shall serve on the Pacific Council until such time as a new appointment to the tribal seat is made under subparagraph (A). . Section 302(b)(3) is amended by striking paragraphs
(2)and
(5)and inserting paragraph
(2).
