Sec. 5305. Report on implementation of process for exchange of information between Committee on Foreign Investment in the United States and allies and partners

Not later than 180 days after the date of the enactment of this Act, the chairperson of the Committee on Foreign Investment in the United States shall submit to the Committee on Banking, Housing, and Urban Affairs of the Senate and the Committee on Financial Services of the House of Representatives a report on the implementation of the formal process for the exchange of information with governments of countries that are allies or partners of the United States described in section 721(c)(3) of the Defense Production Act of 1950 ( 50 U.S.C. 4565(c)(3) ). The report required by subsection
(a)shall be submitted in unclassified form but may include a classified annex.
