Sec. 2118. Authorization of appropriations for the Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency

Notwithstanding any other provision of law, there is authorized to be appropriated for the Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency to conduct research and development in key technology focus areas $3,500,000,000 for each of fiscal years 2022 through 2026. Any amount appropriated pursuant to the authorization in subsection
(a)shall supplement and not supplant any amounts already appropriated for the Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency.
