Sec. 224. Limitation on availability of funds for VC–25B aircraft program pending submission of documentation

The Secretary of the Air Force shall submit to the congressional defense committees an integrated master schedule for the VC–25B presidential aircraft recapitalization program of the Air Force. Of the funds authorized to be appropriated by this Act or otherwise made available for fiscal year 2022 for the Air Force for the VC–25B aircraft, not more than 50 percent may be obligated or expended until the date on which the Secretary of the Air Force submits to the congressional defense committees the documentation required under subsection (a).
