Sec. 1021. Inclusion in counterterrorism briefings of information on use of military force in collective self-defense

Section 485(b) of title 10, United States Code, is amended— by redesignating paragraph
(4)as paragraph (5); and by inserting after paragraph
(3)the following new paragraph (4): A detailed overview of all instances of the use of military force by Special Operations Forces under the notion of the collective self-defense of foreign partners that includes, for each such instance— the date, location, and duration of the use of military force; an identification of any foreign forces involved; a description of the capabilities employed; a description of the circumstances that led to use of military force; and the operational authorities or execute orders for the instance. .
